If there was one area of the demand that you would expect to be constant or increase, it would have to be IVF treatment. Birth rates are falling around the world and environmental pressures are forcing many to delay pregnancy.

But as IVF provider Virtus Health reported last week, demand has in fact fallen. This is a price sensitive market and despite being a medical condition it is still elective surgery.
