Caveat emptor – Structural Monitoring Systems

Structural Monitoring Systems (ASX: SMN) core technology is called CVM, which detects cracks in planes. The company was setup in 1997, floated in June 2004 and has been a hell of a rollercoaster ride for investors. It has done a deal to sell their technology to Delta Air Lines.
